What Conditions Do You Treat?
We provide telehealth physical therapy for individuals experiencing acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain, movement limitations, injury recovery, and performance optimization. Common concerns include neck and back pain, headaches, joint pain, postural issues, overuse injuries, and persistent pain conditions.
Telehealth is best suited for conditions that can be safely evaluated and guided virtually. If in-person care, imaging, or medical referral is needed, we will assist with appropriate next steps.
What Makes The Ease Project Different?
Not all physical therapy is the same — quality, approach, and experience can vary significantly between providers and settings.
One-on-one care: You work directly with a licensed physical therapist for the full session, not aides or overlapping appointments.
Evidence-based pain science: Care integrates modern pain science, movement education, and individualized progression — not just symptom treatment.
Whole-person approach: We consider nervous system health, lifestyle factors, stress, sleep, movement habits, and beliefs about pain — not just isolated body parts.
Personalized programming: No cookie-cutter protocols. Your plan is tailored to your goals, history, and response to care.
Empowerment and education: Our goal is to help you understand your body, build confidence in movement, and develop long-term self-management skills — not dependency on ongoing visits.
Convenient telehealth access: High-quality care delivered securely and conveniently from your home or preferred private space.
We believe patients deserve thoughtful, unrushed care and clear education — not rushed volume-based treatment models.

Do You Treat Chronic Pain?

Where Can I Receive Services?
You must be physically located in Massachusetts at the time of your appointment due to state licensure regulations.
Do You Accept Insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
You may request a receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
