ABOUT US
The Ease Project is a modern, telehealth-based physical therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals move with confidence, reduce persistent pain, and regain control of their health.
We specialize in working with people experiencing chronic and ongoing musculoskeletal pain, particularly those who feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure of what to do next. Our approach blends advanced clinical training, evidence-informed care, and thoughtful pain education to address not only the body, but also how the nervous system responds to injury and stress over time.
Every session is one-on-one, personalized, and focused on helping you build sustainable strategies for long-term improvement — not quick fixes or generic exercise plans. We prioritize clarity, empowerment, and measurable progress, so you can return to the activities that matter most with greater confidence and ease.
Care is delivered entirely through secure telehealth, making expert physical therapy accessible, flexible, and convenient — without compromising quality or outcomes.
